Product Description

It most cases it is worn with the ceremonial uniform of most Forces and parade uniform of some. Whichever the occasion when it is worn, Active Gear has them in different colours to choose from. This belt like all other military belts helps to keep the trousers, tunic or skirt firm on your waist and make you look neat in your turn out. It also helps with lessening the strain on your back when you are doing rifle drills.

Courlene waist belts from Active Gear features two loops of 5.7cm each which is at the front of the belt. Here at Active Gear we supply courlene belt with different features. We have courlene belts with quick release fastenings of male and female design; our belts will also come complete with chrome or brass two piece lockets. These belts are fully adjustable to fit persons of different sizes and features fastened Velcro support for additional comfort and neatness.   

In the Caribbean, the Jamaica Combined Cadet Force, a white courlene belt is worn by the adult instructors and the corps of drums; within the Jamaica Defence Force, enlisted ranks wear the white courlene belt with the ceremonial and parade dress and a green courlene belt with their Number 4 dress which is their operational and training dress (Woodland Camouflage). The Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force wears a white courlene belt; Trinidad and Tobago Cadet force has three colours of courlene belts, a black, green and a white one. Cayman Island Cadet Corp wears a green courlene belt and Barbados Cadet Corp wears a white courlene belt. The Barbados Defence Force enlisted ranks wear a white courlene belt. And Grenada Cadet Corp wears a green courlene belt.
